Shipping & Delivery:

Shipping is FREE! for any item shipped anywhere within the contiguous USA. All items are listed in USD. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply to items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Outlying Areas. Items usually ship within 5 to 15 business days. Custom orders can take 4-6 weeks to ship. If an item is backordered, we will notify you immediately.

We know that once you have placed an order with us, you want to receive it as quickly as possible! We use the best delivery companies in North America - UPS Ground and FedEx. We can not deliver to PO boxes, a physical address is required. Items may arrive on different days if you purchase items from multiple brands or if you place more than one order at once.

Shipping to Canada:

Many of our items ship to Canada. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $40. Additional duty fees will apply if your items are not manufactured in the USA. To find items that ship to Canada, on the left hand navigation bar under “Shopping Options”, there is a “Ships To” section that will allow you to filter to only show items that can be shipped to Canada. Note: Please add an extra 7 days to the Shipping and Delivery estimates to allow for processing through customs and extended transit times.

Privacy Policy:

At Bedding Stores USA, we understand and share your concern about privacy. All information we collect remains secure and confidential. When you place an order with us, we require your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card information. In the process of filling your order, we only share the shipping address with our distributors and shipping companies.

Returns & Replacements:

We are 100% committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact us before returning your merchandise to Bedding Stores USA. Returned merchandise must be new, unused, and in the factory sealed original packaging (including all inserts, tags, labels, and accessories). Include a copy of the original invoice with your return and clearly write the Return Authorization number that we will issue you on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip. Returns sent without prior return authorization will not be processed. Please allow 21 business days from the date our warehouse receives your item to inspect, process, and restock your item. Your credit card or Paypal account will be credited only once the warehouse has fully processed your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are returning an item that qualified for free shipping, you will see a credit to your original pay method for the returned item minus actual shipping and handling charges and a 25% restocking fee. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 21 business days for you to see your refund on your statement. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (i.e. damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent). For your protection, we encourage you to send your returned items prepaid via UPS or FedEx. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company. Custom orders and all products from Veratex are non-refundable. The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen. There are no returns on sale items.

Ordering:

When you place an order through our website you will find it safe, easy, and fast! You can search for items using either the top tabs or the left side category links. As you click into these links, you will have the option to 'narrow your selection' again by using the links on the left side. A keyword search box is located in the top right hand corner on every page of our store.

We have created a simple system that allows you to create an account on any site, and shop at any of our stores using that same account. Discount codes and coupons apply to every site regardless of where they are found. If you decide that you do not want to create an account you are welcome to simply check out as a guest.

Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Bedding Stores USA reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) We do our best to keep our inventory up to date, however on rare occasions certain items may go out of stock and be placed on back order. If this happens, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Product Descriptions or Product Images
It is our goal to ensure the accuracy of our product information. However, errors may occur by manufacturers, who supply us with information regarding their products. We do not guarantee that product descriptions online are error-free or contain a complete description of all product details. Similarly, all product images are presented to provide a representation of the product that is offered. Some deviation between the image and the actual product may occur; however, this deviation does not have a substantive effect on the product that you receive. We cannot guarantee that all product images are error-free. In the event that either the product description or the product image contains an issue and you are unsatisfied with the product that you receive, your remedy will be to return the product in unused condition.

Canceling an item or order
All cancellations will be confirmed in writing: if you have not received an email confirmation, your order has not been canceled. Bedding Stores USA is unable to cancel an order once it has shipped or been prepared for shipping by the manufacturer.
